PINA COLADA PUNCH

½ GALLON VANILLA ICE CREAM, SOFTENED
1 - 20-OZ. CAN CRUSHED PINEAPPLE
1 - 8-OZ CAN COCONUT CREAM (COCO LOPEZ) - CAN GET AT MOST GROCERY STORES, GOT MINE AT DILLONS
1 - 46-OZ CAN PINEAPPLE JUICE
1 - 2 LITER BOTTLE LEMON-LIME FLAVORED SODA (SPRITE)

Blend crushed pineapple in blender till smooth, add can coconut cream and blend more.

In large plastic or glass container, combine ice cream, pineapple & coconut cream mixture, pineapple juice. Mix well and slowly stir in lemon-lime soda.

Freeze for 3-4 hours until slushy. Can freeze in punch bowl and cover with foil.
