Cheese Danish Coffee Treats

2  8-oz. packages cream cheese

2 packages Pillsbury crescent rolls

1 cup sugar

1/2 stick butter

1 cup chopped pecans or almonds

Place one package crescent rolls in the bottom of 9X13" pan. Mix cream cheese and sugar. Spread over rolls. Place second package of rolls on top. Dot with butter and nuts.

Bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes. When cool, drizzle icing over the top.

Icing:

1 cup powdered sugar

1 T. milk (add more if too thick)

2 t. vanilla

Chill before cutting into squares
