Cardamom Coffee

 

4 cups water
4 scoops finely ground coffee
1 t. cardamom
1 T. sugar

 

In a saucepan, bring water to a boil.
Remove from heat. Add coffee, cardamom and sugar.
Return to heat and allow to come to a boil. Remove from heat when coffee foams.
Return to heat again and allow to boil with foam. Remove from heat and allow the grounds to settle. Pour into serving cups, 2 ounces per cup.
